Monogramming is a timeless way to make anything personal and special. You can change the character of any piece of clothing or accessory from elegant to whimsical just by your choice of monogramming style. Then, you add selection of thread color, fabric design, ribbon, applique... I just simply love to monogram, applique and sew because it gives opportunity for creativity!
My desire for Little Pounds is not to become just another generic monogramming business that mass produces multiple dresses, skirts, onesies, burp cloths, diaper covers like an assembly line where everything looks exactly the same except for the monogram. I am happy to duplicate something already seen on my website. But, also keep in mind that I do enjoy NEW ideas: new fabric and ribbon combinations, new fonts, new styles… things that set apart a piece to make it unique to represent the one wearing it. In the same way that we decorate our homes to uniquely characterize the people who live there… the clothing and accessories that our children wear can represent their one-of-a-kind personalities as well.
Please note that you are not limited to the fabric, ribbon, monogram or applique styles seen throughout this website. I’m always looking for excuses to add new things to my collection!
Feel free to browse the gallery page for examples of my work if you need ideas. Monogramming is included in the prices shown. Appliques are an additional $4 for each item. And, as always... shipping is free!
